1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jljlaa ("jljlaa," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jljlaa online gaming platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a jljlaa account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jljlaa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jljlaa Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jljlaa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Real-money online gaming in the Philippines is restricted to adults aged 21 and above in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. jljlaa strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform, or otherwise be permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jljlaa, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jljlaa or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any national or operator-level self-exclusion register that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

jljlaa reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on jljlaa, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all jljlaa accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on jljlaa. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jljlaa is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljlaa username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jljlaa will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jljlaa immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security. jljlaa shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

jljlaa reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jljlaa Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Payment Methods: jljlaa currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported methods may change from time to time; refer to the Cashier section of your jljlaa account for the current list.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on jljlaa is ₱100 PHP, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jljlaa reserves the right to extend this period in cases requiring additional verification.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jljlaa reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your jljlaa account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• No Third-Party Payments: jljlaa does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

jljlaa reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jljlaa offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on jljlaa contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on jljlaa, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: jljlaa reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

jljlaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jljlaa Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on jljlaa, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

jljlaa uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, independent, and unpredictable. The RNG systems used on jljlaa are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure compliance with applicable fairness standards.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jljlaa's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative and final. jljlaa shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, communication errors, or display discrepancies on the player's device.

jljlaa reserves the right to void any game round or transaction that is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or any other event that compromises the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljlaa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Creating or operating more than one jljlaa account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the jljlaa Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jljlaa account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the jljlaa Platform or the experience of other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software forming part of the jljlaa Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

jljlaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered jljlaa players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jljlaa account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their jljlaa account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from jljlaa may activate self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jljlaa Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jljlaa.

Any unauthorized use of jljlaa's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jljlaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jljlaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljlaa account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljlaa does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jljlaa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jljlaa's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

jljlaa collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the jljlaa Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jljlaa implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jljlaa cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12. Amendments

jljlaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jljlaa will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jljlaa Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

jljlaa operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
